Multi Factor Authentificaiton Issue (MOBILE ONLY)

Yep checked my contacts as you suggested. When I ask to verify to my phone (which was correctly listed) I never got the phone message. I have a Samsung Platinum phone 3 years old.
So I use my online email to get my PIN.
I think it will take a while to clear out all the gremlins.
