I have the same problem in world 4, Portuguese server. I've had this problem for over 12 days. I spend money here and I can't progress as I should.

In addition to this, I have to report a bug, in the sector relocation, it does not lower the tier even after the 7 days have passed, so that this can happen.

Another problem is that a player in my team has been in a satellite impact zone for 15 days and never gets the code he was supposed to get in 4 days.
