Password Expire and substitution problem?
Does EA purposely expiring password and requiring user to reset password without user requesting it?
I got a sub error saying the account can't be sub-ed. Later my friend told me that his EA account password got expired and he can't login. EA asked him to reset the account and after he did it, the sub works again (without the need to cancel and request to sub).
This is a troublesome because it happens twice now in World 34. Is this the norm? Is EA going to expire all account password at some points? If yes, how many days before password has to be reset?
