I'll add to this issue;

Attacking or being attacked does not in any manner prevent the attacker or defender from sectoring. There should be a minimum 24hr cool down timer that resets from the last PVP attack / defend time.

Well, my 24 hour timer is up so I tried this again with google chrome. Seems when you do the relocate sector it is not allowing you to click on a sector and when you hit relocate button it just moves you to a sector that you can't select/chose. I did not realize this was a issue with Google Chrome or one of the scripts that I use for google chrome and I tried this again and same thing happen. I have a 2nd account and I tried it with Internet Explorer and it works fine but now I have to wait 3 days before I can relocate the one account. So this only seems to happen with google chrome or one of the scripts :(
