Purchased funds not received.
I bought $4.95 worth of funds today and did not receive them. It says "failed" in my purchase history, but I was charged via paypal.

- As always, we cannot assist with purchase/funding difficulties.
You need to contact EA support and raise a case with them.

You will need to log into Origin at some point too.
