Relocate info not working

hi i died 2 days ago and cannot land as m stuck in air and cannot relocate also timer on relocate button not showing when i can relocate am loosing rank fast plz have a look in to this once all of ur bases are destroyed u should be able to relocate

    The time to being able to relocate sector is governed by when you last did it and the time to being able to rematerialize is governed by how often you've been killed recently.

    Which world and which account name are your referring to?
