Relocation timer keeps increasing

There is a general time display error that is a bug in the system, so it does affect everyone.
It is a display error, the time codes are internally correct.

Check to see if the one member is in a different time zone (in the real world) to you.

I do know that there are some time display anomalies that occur around midnight on the PTE using UTC+1 and I'm wondering if this could be one of the issues you're seeing.

They are all in different timezones... Many are in the same time zone as the one who doesn't have the cooldown.

Even if there is a time display error for me, it can't be affecting the multiple others who can't relocate either can it?

So then it's just not displaying the correct time?
How the heck are we supposed to know the correct time then?
And anyway how could I be having a cooldown when it's been months since I last relocated? When will I be able to relocate again?

Okay fine the date is displayed incorrectly, but screw all of that...

How can I or any of my alliance members be unable to relocate when we were all at Tier 0 relocation before we jumped and when will we be able to actually relocate??

Which time zone are you in and time display settings do you use?
That would help us tell what's going on.

My timezone is IST (GMT+5:30) and I'm using local time on that server.

I still don't see how a display error could actually be preventing me from relocating and not only me but all my alliance members. The weird thing is the one guy who could relocate without a cooldown did so and guess what? He had a 3 days cooldown like one would be expecting.

After my random arbitrarily decided cooldown time was done (about 3 days by that point) and I finally relocated I get slapped with a full 7 day cooldown! I should really still be a Tier 2 3 day cooldown! And again not only me but all my other alliance members too.

It doesn't make any darn sense and display error or not there's obviously something wrong with the counter for the tiers or there's some mechanism which isn't being clearly explained in-game.
