relocator on tib 37

- FYI... The relocator on tib 37 on the World Map is messed up. Went to relocate and there was no map with zones, just a blank white screen. If you hovered over certain areas you could see white on white triangles. You could relocate, but it would put you randomly into a different zone, if you could get the screen to stop jumping around.
- EA please do something about this, how can we play with all this shit
