Resources in Supplies are set to ZERO

After yesterdays update, all of my supplies are set to zero. So all command points, tiberium, power, crystals and credit are now gone. Any chance to fix this?

I got two problems. (1) All resources suddenly become zero; (2) Unable to spend fund. It displayed Tranction failed....No Funds removed. Can someone look into this? Thank you.
