Dear devs,

When is this going to be fixed? Is anyone working on it? I mean honestly, is this even a priority for EA?? Seriously, we're starting to count in months instead of weeks...

    Seriously?

    This happens to Firefox, Chrome and Edge, and as you know, it have been like this for weeks.
  • That black screen was only reported recently to my knowledge. If its really related to the recent login issues, have you tried the process with:


  • Clearing Cache&Cookies
  • Logging out
  • Closing the browser and Opening it again
  • Loging back in


    on any of these?

    Also please make sure to check with Ad-Block and scripts disabled.
  • Well it is working for me. And whenever I encounter the error, which is only under very specific conditions, when idling on the mainpage for a long time, the given advice is clearing the issue reliable.

    That is why I post the list, because I know it works If you follow those steps. If there is any new problem introduced that is not resolved with this advise I need to know so we can work on that too.
  • i play veteran 1,2,3,4,5 and now can`t play veteran 6 because no place to choose new world :( don`t buy funds.

    You did close the browser completely and not just the tab, to be sure? What world are you trying to access?
