Server 67 off line then not responding with time out error

Last night 67 went off line, this morning when I try to switch from Wrath 9 back to 67 all I get is a time out error. After a call to EA, they told me to post this problem on the forum... So why did ...

Compensation is not within the gift of the support system under these circumstances, they're just trying to please you.

After the last round of disruption (which seems to have returned) no compensation was forthcoming so I'm not hopeful about any this time around. But what do I know.......
