Server 67 off line then not responding with time out error

Last night 67 went off line, this morning when I try to switch from Wrath 9 back to 67 all I get is a time out error. After a call to EA, they told me to post this problem on the forum... So why did ...

There are a few dozen threads about corporate wide IT department problems causing catastrophic global failure to this game for the past few days with no ETA of any kind. There will be no compensation or refunds of any kind.
