Envision TeamWe will keep investigating this problem. But on a network level and you accessing the game from Russia all sorts of issues (intentionally or not) can happen. It might not even be on an EA network level that the block is happening, it might already happeing within Russia or when your traffic leaves Russia depending on the route taken.
