If you guys can't take note and remove players after fortress completion and have unstable servers, then I will quit playing a paid game and take many with me who feel the same. This is beyond a bloody joke running bases only to have " YOU'VE BEEN LOGGED OUT " Where is the compensation to loyal TA spenders????

Any lawyers out there that want to start some kind of class action to help thousands of players get their money back? It's a shame to invest in a game that is unplayable. I can't even get on to message my friends why I am dropping out. EA should make a decision to either invest the manpower and resources into the game to fix it.....or just give it up. If they are making millions, shame on them. If they are going broke, quit and do something else.

Envision has no control over the supply chain (wood).EA takes money and hosts the servers, but will not assist to support players on any level. i see the maintenance done today has made no differance to tib36 and you start a new world before sorting out issues still outstanding,very poor indeed shame on ea

the reply you'll see, the new world is a "contractual" obligation that has to be full-filled. Here's a thought, next world ea opens...nobody join, wonder what that will do to their "contractual obligation"?

Issues! maybe EA should of taken some advise from players! Maybe if they had a backup system in play ( Like a shadow server ) that backed everything up every 12 hours in case all server crashes. Then the main server goes offline as the backup server kicks in and no game time lost. then later the main server ( If issues are fixed ) updates the new info/upgrade status. It would save a lot of of frustration and pissed off players the hassle.

I still stand beside my many suggestions earlier about End Game of players being removed once your FINAL Achievement is complete! then you could end servers and re-launch them or free up server space to launch new ones . This we'll launch a new stuff up is beyond a joke.

We know the situation is frustrating for everyone but I can assure you we are doing what we can to get the servers stable, thats our primary concern right now, we are currently solely firefighting.

Once we have some breathing room we can look for the root cause and implement a proper solution. Until that I can only apologize for any disconnects you are suffering.

well see 36 is down again would of liked to say up lol but afraid its down.attacks take forever and when waiting for report it floats back and forth,wonders how many more maintenance time down will be needed,compliments on how to kill a world

Information on when there will be a solution can’t be given as no solution has been found to the server problems. They are looking for a solution.

Well Commanders, welcome to the weekend. Giving you a quick heads up regarding the servers... continued outages and server connection problems have persisted for 4 days now,

Current status: Unresolved.

Now its the weekend: plus 2 days
