Short changed on command point production - W2 Beta

Hi all, Not sure if this might be from an update as I think there might have been one today but I seem to be massively short on command points. If they're generated at a rate of 10 an hour then uns...

Yep, when the world is updated the timer is stopped - 4h downtime seems a long time but they batch worlds together. It may only take 20mins to do one world, but they don't immediately bring it back online. They take them down in a batch then restart them in a batch.
