For some unknown reason attempts to accept my substitute request do not follow thru, instead a message claiming; My account appears to be inactive, is displayed to the individual I requested to sub for me.
On my end there's a message that Sub request has been accepted
Has this happened before?
What can be done to correct this issue?
check the acceptable values of the substitution parameters in the substitution tab.
-possible duration of substitution
-when can I start the substitution
sys req ok (you might need to be more active on that account -> server... think there's a limit for substitute play days) ?
I'm having the same problem, I can't accept the replacement request, it says the account to be replaced is inactive, however I know it's active.

i send a needed substitite request , but they cant log in it m to them it shows me as inactive , which i am definitely not
