Sub request fails

check the acceptable values of the substitution parameters in the substitution tab.

-possible duration of substitution

-when can I start the substitution

sys req ok (you might need to be more active on that account -> server... think there's a limit for substitute play days) ?

I'm having the same problem, I can't accept the replacement request, it says the account to be replaced is inactive, however I know it's active.

I have the same problem

i have 2 accounts .. gdiski and grandinski  .. and the player i request a sub to accepts the invite , but when trying to log in it says the account is innactive

on my side it says substitute has accepted your request  , and then when i log in it say cancel the request .. as is normal when a  player takes over , so all that lot is working ok ... 

it just wont let my sub take over ... player is inactive 

Edit : -   this applies to all worlds i am in , 65 , 70 and 72 , it is not specific to the server , i can not get a sub

Sub account inactive, same problem since some weeks.

Tiberian 37: my account HellRacer-27 and sub RSCC01  he isnt inactive and not 5000 days used... whats wrong?

RSCC01 cant login himself (world server). his email-provider doest exists any longer so no mails can be read to get a login code. whats the way to the get back the access to his account? Thanks for help!

The only way to regain access to an account when the email provider or email account is no longer available is to go through EA help.

but have you any idea why it shows subs as inactive , as the original topic of this post , my account is not locked out
