Since purchasing RT the base timers are not counting to add
I have RT set for 8 days and I only find one timer counting on my main base all others have stalled. Please some help on tiberian world 42. thanks!

As gamerdruid says, if you don't have a command center and attack units your repair clock may not grow. It is a possibility, I do not mean that it is so.
Thanks for the screenshots, I'm sure they help developers identify the possible problem.
