slow or not working servers September 2018. ONLY report your problem here!

I was told that my posts where closed in the other forum because it was the wrong place for my problem and that EA was aware of the issue and I should come here. That was the polite response and not quite what I got but I came here and read a pile of question and have not seen one that has this problem. {
