slow or not working servers September 2018. ONLY report your problem here!

Yes I have checked my spam folders etc, and tried all 4 browsers, including Internet Destroyer...I mean Explorer however nothing is coming through :( this only happened after I cleared my caches hoping ever so slightly that this would help me get back to my precious worlds.

Sadly all that's done is screwed things even more :(
