Yes, it's the same issues. They are working on it. As I said in a previous thread, those that need to know about it do know and are working on it. Unfortunately no timeline on a solution or solutions.

As someone who has in the past worked with many different pieces of software I do know that error messages are not always indicating the true nature of the problem. Configuration settings on the new servers are being adjusted trying to get a reliable service to everyone. Expect the issue to continue overnight however as the team is not a large one.
