Forum Discussion

I have just noticed that a thread I started (https://forums.ea.com/en/commandandconquer/discussion/223820/tiberium-13 to report a problem on T13 was closed with a post saying to refer to this thread. I can understand if there are multiples problems occurring, the moderators may want all the issues in the same thread but having just read through this one, it offers little help or any explanations to what is causing the problems. I also read through some other threads and saw in some like with the Single Sign On issues the replies from the moderators state the problems were caused by EA but in others about the server problem state EA do not look at these forums or get involved very much with the running of the game and in the main the services are outsourced.
This leaves me none the wiser as to who is sorting out the problems and who is ultimately accountable. It seems to me for several months now, things starting with the Single Sign On have been implemented but gone horribly wrong. It seems fairly obvious that it was not tested before being introduced “live” and rather than fixing these problems before introducing other things like switching servers, they have steamed on regardless with it. And we now have new problems being layered upon unresolved problems without any sufficient reason being given as to why all the changes were needed anyway.
It most probably is the case that none of this has anything to do with the moderators on this forum but I have to say, in the main, it appears to me, you are just fobbing people off with lame responses. So rather than becoming part of the solution and seeking answers from those who are responsible, you have inadvertently become part of the problem. Just let us know who we should contact about all these problems, so we can get some answers because as above, there is contradictory information regarding this.
