I will detail the process followed to give the ruling, as soon as I enter the player.
1.- I detect a lost POI in the event report bar
2.- I open the event and click on the coordinates
3.- I close the event`s window that appears open
4.- I click on my base near the lost POI
5.- I double click on the forgotten base that I want to attack to recover the POI

Start loading the base and it stays in blue and fps to zero.

If as soon as I enter the game I go directly to the base, I close the view of my base and double click on the forgotten base that I want to attack ...

Curious note, during the attack it dropped to 32 fps.
