Still unable to change worlds (server)

Hi All,

I've been trying to solve the issue myself but haven't been able to.
When clicking the change server button on the home page it goes on to the worlds page, but it doesn't load anything and gives a black screen.

i tried logging out my account and logging back in. no success.
i tried clearing all cookies cache files temporary files and all other crap. yet again no luck.
then i tried changing browsers. so here it is : in Edge, IE11, google Chrome and firefox, still a black screen!!
when going in-game and enter the options menu, i do not get an option to change worlds. i can only move around within the same world(frustrating).

Why do i want to change worlds? i want to move the bases from my other 2 accounts to my latest account. So i can add 6 more bases to our alliance and provide optimal support.

I also reinstalled my OS while tweaking so it is also not an OS issue. my browsers are clean so that can't be the issue.

Concluding that the issue has to be somewhere in the T.A. website or servers itself since it is unable to provide a list of servers/worlds.

can you please look into this and provide a solid solution to this issue so more players can move to other servers?

    Your accounts have not been moved from a world. When you logged in the previous world must have been unavailable and the system directs you to an available world. When the current issues are resolved then your accounts will be where they were when you last accessed them, but possibly dead as the forgotten are still attacking :( as far as I understand it.


    But this should only mean that i should have 3 dead bases but still at levels 24 and above. Now i have 2 accounts of which all their base levels and progress have been reset to 1

    Check carefully the world you are actually on (it's on the bottom right where Options etc live). I think (and hope) you'll find you're not on the world you actually thought you were!

    If you have multiple bases per account then it is not a new world to you - but it still may not be the one you expect to be on, just a one you have abandoned.

    I am optimistic that this will all be resolved for all worlds - but just not today or this weekend!
