which items exactly are missing, only the Resource Crates or the capacity boosters? Capacity extensions are applied upon purchase and not stored, so you should see immediate results. If not I recommend refreshing the page.
Should that not work clearing cache and cookies and logging out and back back into the game often resolves errors like this.
