Support page is not working, refund my money or provide funds

I cannot access the page https://help.ea.com/ to contact support. I've donated to purchase some funds, but I haven't received them and can't contact support. My money was debited, of course. What should I do now?

No one here can resolve funding issues or issue a refund. That has to be done by support - which if you can't contact them is obviously a problem!
