T26 Post combat lock on first pass even though I smashed up the base

I was given Combat lock even though on my first pass I destroyed the level 59 defense and 25% of the base. This looks to be broken. I am dissappointed that you guys keep changing the rules with Worlds. Once a World is started the rules should not change. Support weapons thing is a great example of this. Even though I can attack I cant set or calibrate my supports. I think this is very poor. Just because the World until today you could do this it shouldn't change. Basic game play on a new game well ok, but old Worlds I think this is a poor decision.
