Tamper Monkey no script running

I'm not sure I understand your post. 'Study island bot' not working doesn't seem like part of this game or a script that is used in the game. Are you instead writing about a bot/script for a different game to Command and Conquer: Tiberium Alliances which is the purpose of this forum?

The scripts are written by a third party (someone not connected to the game) and are not supported by the developers. You need to contact the original authors.

You need to make sure the script has been changed for the new server details that were changed a while ago.

and

need to be added to the top of the script where the existing include and namespace commands are.
