The game bug can't update my bases
On tiberian 24 i can't upgrade my b3 and my b4 that's really anoying ....

- I have restarted the game several times change computers ....
But nothing fix this issue - Are you getting any error messages or is it simply when you click to upgrade nothing happens?
Does it pause before returning to the screen or does it crash?
