This site can’t be reached cncapp01.alliances.commandandconquer.com took too long to respond.

Been having this problem since last night have tried all the usual work arounds, logging out and back in ,world viewer etc. seems to be happening with all the worlds I'm on. Anyone got any solutions or is this across the whole network and just a case of wait it out?
  • Same here, can't login, timeouts and no acknowledgement of the problem by Origin. They dont test their stuff properly.

    They are working to correct the issues at present, even on though it is a Saturday and not a normal working day.

    I have no information on which worlds will return or when, just they're working on them.
  • The error message is a common one we've all seen. It is not your computer or connection at fault and clearing cache, cookies and all the usual advice won't make help in this particular case.
  • Sorry for the inconvenience over the weekend. The worlds that are not responding are being investigated and brought back online when they are ready.
  • Most were working until 7/11, when the scales tipped and pretty much nothing is working for the last 40 hours.
  • ok so it's not just me, that error message always suggests that it is a problem with your firewall proxy etc.
  • The game has been down for 4 days now - I'm unclear what makes y'all believe your server isn't or wouldn't get affected. There are more than a dozen threads on the topic with tons of info available.
  • y'all have been talking about servers being down but mine was working up until yesterday morning and none of the threads I read mention the specific error message I entitled the thread with, so I just wanted to check it wasn't a problem with my computer, hope that clarifies things for y'all innit!
  • Now finally stop with this unspeakable message "delete cache and cookies".
    There is exactly one reason why I should or must delete the browser cache, that is if I had used my online banking.

    Every halfway usable web application simply does not need this.

    Finally patch up your login and worlds change problems and finally introduce a test shema, is just embarrassing what EA delivers here.
