Tib 26 all support functions no longer work!

Yesterday right after the patch we could not calibrate supports and this morning I could not even set supports on any base using Chrome this really should not be happening. It was bad enough with getting kicked all the time. This is worse if we can not preset or calibrate support weapons

    Supports cant be set to or from shielded bases anymore if this played any role in your test. This change was announce ahead in the patch notes.
