symptoms? Workarounds tried? A little more info would be helpful.

I can access my other games but not 36. The opening bar that grows when you first go to the game does not engage. What are work arounds?
I have not come across these before.

Work arounds are ways to get what you require when the correct route is not working.

One that seems to work for me is to press the F12 function key - this often seems to work, but not always.

Another is to clear cookies and session files.

Another is to change your chosen language to English - I don't know why it works, but that is what we're told.

This happens to me too - every time I try to login -I have tried all fixes, but the only thing that works is to shut the login window down and do a new login.
