You are the one that seems not to understand a) my role in the forums - b) the problems weren't confined to Tib 42 c) I can do nothing about the problems d) it is unlikely anyone else will be able to resolve the problems you face.
If they 'rollback' then those that killed you will cry foul as they killed you when you were off-line and they were on-line. Others may have spent funds, used packages purchased etc. Their time on-line will have been wasted. If you were in the position of the other team, would you want the server 'rolled back' even if it was possible? I doubt it!
I'm not pretending to 'not understand', I just can't do anything about it. My role is confined to these forums to help where possible and to help prevent the forums descend into anarchy by having multiple threads on the same or very similar topics. On one world, a fortress attack was compromised by the problems and I'm sure on other worlds similar issues to yours was experienced. Rolling back has never happened in my experience of this game, I'm not sure that it is even possible.
