@ EE_Elephterion thank you so much for your great help and your great support. I request you as a former EA member to look carefully at our claim and our evidence and put this issue in your priority. Please do investigate the problem and how it affected the entire server and changed the entire situation because of technical errors members can't log in and the result was a catastrophe. We are looking for a solution here and we are sure that you will put the right judgment in the right place
