tiberium alliance log in

everytime i try to press play now button it takes me to a registration screen, but it still shows im a level 6 in the middle movers alliance on the homepage, which i am. It will not let me log into me acount it keeps taking me to a sceen that says registration success.... ive put alot of time and money into this game... who can i talk to about fixing this NOW!

    also it shows my name and email at the top of the homepage like normal when i log in, it just wont take me to the game wen i press play now.
