Tunnel exit bug ?

Hi,

I noticed that on world Tib42, Tunnel Exit stopped generating lvl 50 outposts, now it's only lvl 47/48 while players have 50,51,52 offense.

Can you fix this ? or explain why lvl 50 outposts disapearred ?
