I have been dealing with a persistent issue for nearly a week now, and despite the recent maintenance, the problem remains unresolved. This has significantly affected my ability to progress in the game. I currently do not have enough CP or RP to participate in battles, and I am unable to move or contribute meaningfully. As a result, I’ve lost valuable momentum, and it’s not just my individual progress being affected—my entire alliance is being held back because of this issue.
This situation has cost me more than just in-game resources; it’s frustrating and disappointing to see such problems persist, especially from a company like EA. I believe some form of compensation is justified to reflect the lost time, progress, and in-game opportunities.
Please address this matter as soon as possible. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution.
