Unable to establish secure connection "timed out"

Well I was able to play on at least 1 of my accounts this morning before the maintenance started. Now I can't log into any of my games or worlds. Is this the end of Tiberium Alliance? If EA needs game testers I would be more than happy to come out of retirement.
