Usable DEF points are not correct

Hi,On Tib40, all my bases - Bambibyte 1-4 - have 245/248 def points.I think, it should be divisible by 5.thx,Bambi

Some of the increases are only 3 so 245/248 is perfectly feasible.

Speakin' of roundin' things up...Can the time for command points production be rounded up to 1 every 5 mins (not 6) ?This way when the call comes (mom/dad/wife/husband/kid), we ca say "10 minutes!" and not "12 minutes!"... who says "12 minutes!"... only i do?... oh...
