Veteran server game clock requires maintenance -
Hub activation notification changes from showing the actual DATE and TIME of hub activation to "Tomorrow" and activation TIME on the day before hub activation.
Server game DATE does not change until many hours AFTER 00:00 game server time and so the game clock jumps forward instantly many hours from, for example,
1/21/2020 05:00 to 1/22/2020 05:01 -

Hub activations are incorrectly delayed 24 hours when the hub activation time is in the early hours of a new server game day from 00:00 to 05:00.
The problem is that changing the hub activation notification DATE and TIME to "Tomorrow" and TIME is fouling the hub timer and causing losses for the hub owner.
I suggest programmers abandon "Tomorrow" hub activation notification and simply keep the original DATE and TIME hub activation notification that appears when the hub deactivates. Another solution might be to not allow hub activations to occur from 00:00 to 05:00 server game time to insure that the correct game DATE is always shown.
