W48 - cant move my base from a satellite impact zone

I've reloaded the world several times now (add many more because of the annoying slow loading issues) and every time I try and select my base to move it the screen goes black so I guess I'm just going...

Have you tried in a different browser? It is possible it is a bug in Chrome's latest release. On my edition of Chrome the screen goes blank, but returns to normal quickly.
