I think this is another step to discourage players. A server with 150 good active players after 2 months is a complete failure.
Writing about 80 level is absurd, after 2 months of playing, maybe 20 players have level 30.
It's a strange company policy, I've been playing this game for 8 years and it's the first time I've seen such settings in the world with morale system.
