Why did my Supply Points per hour go down after Promotion!

I just got promoted to Brigadier General and was shocked to find that instead of my Supply Points per hour increasing, it lowered dramatically! If I knew this was going to happen, I would have waited ...

Hello Commander, it appears that with your rank up you moved into the upper echelon of players on that worlds. Congratulations.

That however also means your Supply Points Bonus has been deactivated. That bonus is a catch-up mechanic that allows other players to stay competitive with the top tier players, among which you now reside.
