why only 50000 funds for €32,99.other players 90000 funds for same prys.

How is it possible that I have been buying funds for years and the maximum funds are only 50000 funds, while with other players it is all 90000 funds?
Who has an explanation for that?
And if it was a mistake by EA, I would like compensation for all those years that I buy funds and therefore have a difference of 40000 funds per purchase.
I would like to wait for an answer from EA.
