Why so small POI in firestorm 16?

30% more then regular world? And so small amount of POIs?

FS16 is supposed to have same bonus than FS15

Attacked by destroyed bases
Hello! This is probably a known bug of the game, that even, if you destroy an enemy base, it is attacking up to two times after destruction, named as "Destroyed", This sucks!!!
