World 43 can not put down 3 base
https://prnt.sc/r8xlz1 this seem really odd I have the room and yet it refuses allow me to found the base?

The screenshot isn't displaying. Have you got damaged construction yards on your other two buildings. You need a construction yard in full health to place a new base.
