I just saw a very curious thing after updating to version 20.1
All my players have all the defenses butt, that is to say, the 300 complete defense points and yesterday it happened to me with some base that I saw that the defense was not complete and well, I completed it thinking that it must have been my fault.
But today I have looked at a couple of players and I find that many bases have lost part of their defense and in several players.

I assure you that all that defense that appears in red (not completed) before was full.
I have to understand that by losing those defense troops I have lost all the resources invested in creating them, right?
Many resources according to the level that some defenses had.
I'll take a look to other worlds.
