You are correct - EA does not seem interested. We as a group often blame Envision and their staff for the issues that happen, sometimes it is beyond their control in that it is EA (or more likely a different company that run a data centre) that is responsible.
I agree, compensation ought to be made to those affected. It does seem to me that a blanket issuing of X crates of repair or repair time or Y crates of Tiberium or Power or Z crates of CP etc doesn't really help those that actually bought RT time or CP caps for 7 or 30 days. There needs to be some way of compensating at one level those that have used funds to purchase caps and crates etc and different level to those that haven't. In the past the compensation has been a one where everyone gets the same even on worlds they no longer visit. That doesn't seem right to me.
