wrath 29 "Attack in progress" error.

Hi all, I'm stuck on "Attack in progress" error. My 2 bases are locked.  Can't move anywhere and can't make any attack. Does anyone know about the solution?   WRATH 29

I have the same problem with Chrome in Wereld 2 (Dutch) on base Aeolus.
Please can you solve this problem.
