Yellow text when somebody is simming

Recently I have stopped seeing the yellow text that usually appears at the top of the screen when somebody else is looking at the same camp or outpost or forgotten base
Wrath 20, several times reloaded, cleared cache, no script errors, tried two different browsers and several different accounts, deliberately looking at the same targets, do not get the yellow text anywhere
is it only me getting no yellow text, and what could be the problem?
