Yuri's Revenge OST unavailable on Spotify?

Hi, I was wondering why the Yuri's Revenge OST is unavailable on Spotify. All the other C&C games soundtracks are available bar that one. Is there a reason for this or is it unintended? I'd love...

I suspect that they are breaching copyright by having it, or others available.
